Terms of Use
Last updated 19 Oct 2026
These terms are an agreement between Skyrocket Solutions Sdn Bhd, company no. 202101041376 (1441676-K), Suite 15-23A, Level 15, Avenue Crest, Jalan Jubli Perak 22/1, Seksyen 22, 40300 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia ("Servora", "we", "us") and the business that signs up for Servora ("Customer", "you"). They cover the Servora website, web app, Staff Portal, training app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms on behalf of your business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
1. Your account
- Servora is for businesses. The person who signs up must be at least 18 and authorised to accept these terms for the business.
- You are responsible for the people you invite — your managers, staff, accountants and suppliers — and for what they do in your account. Give each person their own login and only the access their role needs.
- Keep passwords and devices secure, and tell us immediately at support@servora.com.my if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
- The information you give us when you sign up and when you pay must be accurate and kept up to date.
2. Plans, trials and prices
- Free plan. One outlet with the limits shown on our pricing page, at no charge.
- Trial. New accounts get a 14-day trial of the full product, including add-ons. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe; your data is kept.
- Paid plans. Basic and Full suites are priced per outlet per month, with add-ons and metered modules (such as HR & Payroll per employee, and Central Kitchen per kitchen) as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- Currency. We may show prices in your local currency for convenience. All charges are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), converted at Bank Negara Malaysia's rate at the time of the charge. Your bank or card issuer may add its own conversion or overseas fees.
- Taxes. Prices do not include Service Tax. We are not currently registered for Malaysian Service Tax, so none is charged. If we become registered, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before adding it, and it will be shown on your invoice. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or withholding that apply in your own country.
- Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of a price increase. It applies from your next billing period after the notice ends.
3. Billing and renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly.
- Your subscription does not charge your card automatically. Before each period ends, we send a payment request to your billing email and show it in the app. Payments are processed by our payment provider, CHIP.
- If a renewal is not paid within 7 days of the period ending, the account becomes read-only: you can see and export your data but not add or change it. If it is still unpaid 14 days after that, the account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and paying restores the plan.
4. Changing plans, cancelling and refunds
- Upgrades take effect immediately. The unused part of your current period is credited, so you pay only the difference.
- Downgrades and removing outlets or add-ons take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at support@servora.com.my. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and then move to the Free plan.
- Refunds. Fees are not refundable for partial periods, unused outlets or unused add-ons, except where the law requires it or we have failed to provide the Service as described. If we end the Service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.
5. Your data
- You own your data. Everything you and your team put into Servora — recipes, costs, purchasing, sales, staff records and documents ("Customer Data") — remains yours. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide and support the Service.
- We process personal data on your behalf. For personal data about your staff, suppliers and other people in Customer Data, you are the data controller and we are your data processor. We will process it only to provide the Service and on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, help you respond to requests from the people concerned, and tell you without undue delay of any breach affecting it.
- Your responsibilities. You must have the right to put Customer Data into Servora, and a lawful basis for doing so. In particular, before you turn on face matching, selfies or location tracking at clock-in, or record health, identity or other sensitive information, you must tell your staff what is collected and why, and obtain their consent where the law requires it.
- Exporting. You can export your records from most screens at any time. If your account is closed, you can ask for an export for at least 30 days afterwards, and ask us at any time to delete your Customer Data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Aggregated data. We may use Customer Data in aggregated form to improve the Service, and to publish typical market prices for ingredients on our website — the median price paid across businesses using Servora. We never name you or your suppliers, but where only a few businesses buy an item, the published price may be close to what you pay.
6. Figures, payroll and AI results
Servora helps you calculate food cost, stock value, payroll, statutory contributions (such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB), service charge and other figures, and uses AI to read invoices and receipts and to summarise results. These are tools to support your decisions, not professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
- Results depend on the data entered — prices, pack sizes, recipes, counts, attendance and settings.
- AI results are suggestions. Check amounts, items and dates before you confirm them.
- Check payroll, statutory and tax figures before you pay staff or file with any authority. You remain responsible for meeting your obligations as an employer and taxpayer.
7. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to access another Customer's data, or parts of the Service you are not permitted to use;
- probe, scan or test the Service's security, or interfere with its operation, without our written permission;
- copy, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- use automated means to overload the Service or scrape it;
- upload malware or anything designed to harm the Service or its users.
8. Third-party services
Some features connect to services that are not ours: your POS system, PrintNode for label printers, Google Drive for HR documents, CHIP for payments and email delivery providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them, but we will tell you if a change on their side affects a Servora feature.
9. Availability and support
- We work to keep Servora available around the clock, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Updates are released regularly and may cause a few seconds of unavailability; we will try to give notice of longer planned maintenance.
- Support is available through the Contact Support form and email at support@servora.com.my. Live chat is offered on paid plans, when an agent is available. We reply as soon as we can, usually within one business day, but we do not offer a guaranteed response time unless agreed in writing.
- We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will give you reasonable notice and adjust your fees.
10. Referral programme
If you refer a business to Servora, or join as an affiliate, the commission rate, payout rules and any limits are those shown on our referral page for the programme you joined. Commission is earned only on payments actually received and not refunded. We pay approved commission by bank transfer to the account you give us. We may withhold or reverse commission for self-referrals, fake accounts, spam or misleading promotion, and may change or end the programme with notice; commission already approved will still be paid.
11. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, and content we provide such as templates and help articles. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
12. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Servora and ask us to close your account at any time.
- We may suspend access, after giving notice where reasonable, if fees are overdue, if you breach these terms, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. We will restore access once the issue is resolved.
- We may end these terms if you seriously breach them and do not fix the breach within 14 days of notice, or with 60 days' notice for any other reason.
- Sections 5 (export and deletion), 6, 11, 13, 14 and 16 continue after these terms end.
13. Disclaimer
Apart from what these terms expressly promise, the Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
- Neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, even if it was foreseeable.
- Our total liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500 if you are on the Free plan.
- These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, to your obligation to pay fees, or to anything else that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for claims brought against us by third parties, including your staff, that arise from Customer Data you had no right to collect or upload, or from your breach of section 5 or 7.
16. General
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. We will give account owners at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, you may cancel before it takes effect and we will refund any prepaid fees for the remaining period.
- Notices. We send notices to your account owner's email address. You can send notices to support@servora.com.my or our registered address.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business, and will tell you if we do.
- Events beyond our control. Neither of us is liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as major internet or power outages, or failures of hosting providers.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the pricing page at the time of purchase are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- Language. These terms may be provided in other languages. If there is a conflict, the English version applies.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
