Training
The staff training portal
A separate login so floor staff can train without a Servora account.

Most floor staff do not need a Servora account, and giving one to everybody who works a Saturday is neither practical nor safe. The training portal is its own front door.
How staff get in
Each person gets a numeric PIN. They open the portal — on their own phone or a shared tablet — and enter it. They see their assigned courses, their progress, and their certificates. Nothing else in Servora is reachable from there.
Setting it up
- Learning → Training Portal, add the staff who need access.
- Servora issues a PIN per person. Give it to them; they can change it.
- On a shared tablet, leave the portal open at the PIN screen. It signs itself out after inactivity so the next person starts fresh.
Why not just give everyone a login
Because a Servora account carries permissions, an email address, a password to forget and an account to disable when somebody leaves. A training PIN carries none of that, and it is the correct amount of access for somebody whose only task is to watch a five-minute course about allergens.
Still stuck?
Every screen in Servora has the same shape — a filter strip, a table, and the actions on the right. If a guide is missing or out of date, tell your account manager and it gets fixed in the manual, not just in an email.
